VisionStream Continues to Grow and Expand Despite Ongoing Economic Downturn

Promotes New CEO and Expands Key Leadership Team; Increases Office and Warehousing Spaces

St. Louis, MO — July 28, 2011 — VisionStream is pleased to announce several key promotions within their organization.
Effective immediately, Brian Innis has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer (CEO); Pia Lischke has been promoted from Controller to Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Michael Giblin has been named as Communications Director. In addition, Greg Pohlen has joined VisionStream as Account Executive.
